Senior Center 6500 sf senior center and park. On 2.5 acres, containing administrative offices, meeting rooms, dining room, arts and crafts room, medical room. A glass roofed porte-cochere, sunroom gazebo and bandstand were part of the master plan.

Plaza Olivos 50,000 sf light industrial buildings within a larger industrial park. Thematic glass and brick design Included a 3000 sf restaurant which served the park’s other tenants.

Pig’N Pancake New facade for flagship restaurant of popular local and longstanding chain. This design won the Mayor’s award.

Taste of Tuscany
New facade for an existing restaurant to reflect new ownership and themed menu. The approximate 3000 sq ft expansion includes wine shop, dining areas and ADA upgrades. Located in Seaside, Oregon

t Cannon Beach Historical Museum
This project was a total rehab and expansion of the turn-of-the-century cottage that housed the museum. Expansion was carefully balanced around a wetland area and the exterior design was coordinated with the shingled village theme of the city.
