Office/Retail Building. Built to replace a
burned out building on long-vacant lot. 9000 sf
designed around a two-story skylit atrium. Designed to conform to the historic main street of turn-of-the century neighboring commercial buildings.

Hudson’s Grill 5000 sf restaurant
prototype for a chain of restaurants with an automotive theme. Tile, glass block and awnings were highlighted with a vintage Hudson grill bursting through the entry wall and other automobile parts and accessories as part of themed decor.

Depot Court 3000 sf Mini Storage with 2 BR manager’s quarters and office. All were designed to appear as the old railroad station at the end of a historic community’s main street.

Salvation Army Headquarters. 60,000 sf 3-story complex included housing, chapel, kitchen and dining room , meeting rooms, the Army’s area headquarters’ offices and underground parking.*
